A service worker filling a flat truck tire with air was struck and killed in a chain-reaction crash caused by a drunk driver on I 65 in northwest Indiana.
Cleary, a drove his Land Rover – was attempting to merge south onto I-65 from Ridge Road. The impact of the crash caused the Land Rover to roll over. Cleary was not injured, as was previously reported. He was taken to Lake County Jail where he was charged with driving while intoxicated.
