A woman in a wheelchair was struck and killed while crossing the street in Sullivan, Indiana according to authorities. Wishtv.com reports that the driver of a pickup truck claims to not have seen the woman crossing due to the height of his truck and the sun’s glare. The woman was rushed to a hospital where she was pronounced dead soon after the accident.
