In the late morning hours of May 10th, a father and son were killed when they drove head-on into a Dodge Ram truck on the 5800 block of Franklin Street in Michigan City, Indiana. The 47-year-old father was traveling southbound on Franklin Street when the vehicle began to drift towards the northbound lanes. When the driver entered the northbound lanes the car then collided head-on with a Dodge Ram pickup truck causing significant damages to both vehicles. The father and his 22-year-old son died on the scene, and the driver of the truck came out of the crash uninjured.
