A man from Kentucky died in Washington County, Indiana, after suffering injuries sustained from an automobile accident with another driver. The collision occurred on U.S. Route 150 at the intersection of Sinking Creek Lane in Hardinsburg on May 15, 2018. According to the police, a 2003 Ford Explorer, was traveling south on Sinking Creek Lane and failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection. The driver then crashed into an eastbound 2010 Mazda on US Highway 150 being driven by the deceased. The driver of the Ford and his passenger suffered serious injuries and were taken to the University of Louisville Hospital, as well as a passenger of the 2010 Mazda. The Indiana State Police are still investigating the crash.
