Chain Reaction Traffic accident caused by Driver Error.

Blog

At about 8:00 on November 1st, 2017 a three-car accident occurred along East 42nd Street, east of Franklin Road.  Driver Error is being listed as a possible cause for this chain reaction accident according to the Lawrence Police Department.  The LPD believe that one vehicle traveling westbound on 42nd Street had stopped but the driver following behind that vehicle did not and swerved into the eastbound lane after striking said vehicle ahead.  Four of the people involved sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to St. Vincent Hospital.  The road had been closed for an hour for investigation and cleanup.

It only takes one second, either taking your eyes off the road or hesitating before braking, to cause or be a part of a car accident.  As long as you maintain your vehicle, keep your eyes on the road, and act accordingly to other drivers, you will always have a safe drive.  However, if you or someone you know is involved in an automobile accident through no fault of their own, please contact the experienced legal team at Schiller Law Offices at 888-578-3100 or at IndyInjured.com to learn more about your potential right to compensation.
