Attorney Brandon Newhart is responsible for serving the needs of clients in Northern Indiana. While initially serving Schiller Law Offices as an intake specialist, Brandon now works to meet the needs of clients from the beginning of each case to the early stages of litigation.
Brandon is originally from Walkerton, Indiana, and is a lifelong Michiana resident. He graduated from DePauw University in 2009 with a Bachelors of Art degree in Political Science. During his time at DePauw, Brandon affirmed his commitment to serving others by participating in the Bonner Scholars Program and serving as the Philanthropy Chairman of Sigma Nu Fraternity. Putting people first is the cornerstone of his philosophy when fighting to ensure that clients receive the compensation they deserve.
In 2012, Brandon received his Juris Doctorate from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law. While in law school, Brandon earned Dean’s List honors and participated in a legal externship with the Hon. Michael R. Ingraham at the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas, where he observed and participated in numerous civil proceedings.
Brandon is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
